Workplace deviance is an alarming issue in today's world which almost every sort of organizations withstands. The employees as well as the employers along with the firm face serious threats. As a result of these hard costs, the negative impact of deviant behavior leaves a devastating effect on overall productivity and performance of the organization. In the present paper, the authors have made a sincere attempt to cover some important antecedents of work place deviance through rigorous review of the literature. The major three antecedents emphasized are-Abusive supervision, organizational justice, and ethical climate. Authors have also compiled some additional factors which have linked with deviant behavior. On the basis of the literature covered they have put forth three propositions suggesting the relationship of the antecedents with workplace deviance.Keywords

The present research was conducted to see the effect of spirituality on hope, self-efficacy and commitment of private and public bank employees. Various studies by different researchers are stated to see the effects of spirituality on hope, self-efficacy and commitment. Sample size for the present study is 120 (60 from private banks & 60 from public banks). Descriptive statistics, Pearson product moment correlation and linear regression analyses was used to analyze the data. The results revealed that spirituality has direct positive effect on hope, self-efficacy and commitment of public and private bank employees.Keywords

The current research was conducted to study the relation between happiness and psychological well-being among the parents of autistic children. This study explains the difference between level of happiness and psychological well being in autistic children and parents of non autistic children. To conduct this study, descriptive method was used. For collection of data purposive sampling technique was used. The sample size was 120 parents which included 60 parents of autistic children and 60 parents of non autistic children. The result showed that there was a significant difference between the level of happiness and psychological well being in parents of autistic and non autistic children. Moreover, there is a significant relation between happiness and psychological well being among the parents of autistic and non autistic children.Keywords

Stress is a common problem in modern society. It put its impact on people of every field. Stress affects all dimensions of an individual's life in the form of physiological, psychological or emotional. Nursing has been spotted as a high-stress profession that is not just physically demanding but also emotionally and intellectually demanding, which can develop the various kind of stress. The main aim of the current study was to see the influence of self-esteem and social support on perceived occupational stress among nurses. 100 nurses participated in this study. Nurses filled questionnaires and also completed the family support scale. Rosenberg self-esteem scale and the stress management scale by Bhargawa were used. Results indicate that there is a remarkable interconnection among self-esteem, family support and occupational stress. The study revealed that positive self-esteem and family support minimizes the occupational stress & both are the functions as stress inhibitors.Keywords
